We can't thank them enough and can't recommend highly enough this accommodation. Everything is perfectly fine here. Perfect location so close to sovereign hill and city centre and garden, it's central. The staff is being affable. The ambiance is cosy!

The room was spacious and comfortable with a cozy bed and efficient heating system. The large spa was a highlight of our stay, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the well-stocked kitchenette, which allowed us to prepare simple meals during our stay. The convenient location, walking distance from some restaurants and shops, made it easy for us to explore the area on foot.

There were no breakfast provisions provided, which was a let down. we encountered a few maintenance issues with the spa, which were difficult to address as we were unable to reach the owners.

The room amenities were top-notch, including free toiletries, cookware, an electric kettle, and even electric blankets to keep us warm. The flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi were an added bonus for our leisure. we had a fantastic experience here.

The cottage had a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, quiet location, and lovely stained glass windows. The microwave, electric frypan, and more made it easy to prepare meals. The soft fleecy sheets were perfect for the cold weather. The whole atmosphere was homely and surrounded by greenery. The inviting spa bath in the bay window was picturesque.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this peaceful location. Despite being tucked away, we found it very convenient, just a short walk to shops and restaurants. the beds were heavenly, and the heating kept us cozy. the kitchen was well equipped, and we appreciated the ample towels in the bathroom.

This hotel provided the best and most comfortable sleep I've had in a long time. The bed was very cozy and the pillows were great. The central heating was very efficient and the room was comfortably warm during the night. Additionally, the hotel was located in a very convenient area close to shops and with easy transportation access.
